Taking Shape!
It is Day 90 since we started construction on Jan 20th and boy is everything taking shape! Bungalows are almost finished - electrician, plumber and tile guys are putting on the finishing touches! I have been shopping like a maniac...some of the furniture for the bungalows will be in next week. Hotel rooms are being tape, bedded and textured as I type. Cabinets are set and painters start next week. Dee Dee helped me pick up the beautiful marine tile for the hotel bathrooms yesterday. Carpet is selected. Beds are ordered. And most importantly, the POOLS are dug and getting gunite on Monday!

Bungalow bathroom, this picture does not do this tile justice, it is like waves!! Two of the bungalows have bathtubs and the other 2 have showers.
Lakeview King hotel rooms are the outside rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor - you can see the wrap around balconies on the left giving those rooms a beautiful view all the way down to the Ranch cliff line. The 6 middle rooms are double queens with bathtubs. Each double queen can be adjoined with a king room. The bottom left room is our ADA hotel room and the bottom right will be our new spa!

Side view of all the new construction! The new hotel will be painted to match the existing suite hotel - coral facing new pools and white sides with coral doors.
Family pool has a large shallow area with bubblers and seat that goes all the way around - the little guys love to be able to walk all the way around the pool!
The Bar Pool will be adjacent to the new front desk which will have a bar servicing the new pool areas! This new pool area will be reserved for Guests and VIP members only. Our Lakefront Pool will continue to offer day passes for patrons who are not staying at Lush, but want to enjoy the lush life just for the day!
