Three Swimming Pools - One pool is heated on weekends weather permitting Mar-Oct. All resort guests staying at Lush have access to all 3 pools included with their stay.

Courtesy Dock - 8 ski boat slips, 4 yacht slips, and 5 jet ski ports. First come first serve; we are not allowed to reserve slips. We recommend taking your boats out each night due to unpredictable Texas weather. Please be aware that our dock is on open water not protected from traffic or storms so Dock at your own Risk! The closest boat ramp is about a mile away-BRA Park Area 1 Ramp Located off of Park Road 36 at 3401 Scenic Point Road, Graford TX 76449. ​

Grilling Area - we have a propane grill and flattop available for guests. firepits and campfires are prohibited due to burn ban.

PK Burn Ban always in effect - No FIREWORKS & No CAMPFIRES
If anyone shoots fireworks, they will be asked to leave without refund.
